Local teen Sarah is running a meetup to play Switch games for kids and teens ages 10 and up! Bring your own Switch, or play the library’s Switch on the big screen in the Learning Lab!

Activities and fun from the Who Was? series! Reading ahead of time not required! For those in grades 1-4. Please register individually for each session. Registration will open @ 9:00 AM two weeks from the program.

Drop in to listen to the sounds of kid musicians! Register online if your child would like to play a piece they have been learning. Please bring your own instrument. For kids of all ages and family. Sensory friendly.

French knitting - A fun and easy and beginner friendly way to learn the basics of knitting. Each child will create a knitting loom, learn how to cast on, cast off and create a simple project.

Intro to Weaving - Weaving is a fun craft that builds fine motor skills, creativity and patience.  Learn basic weaving terminology like “warp” and “weft” and weave a simple wall hanging using burlap and wool. 

Read a variety of great books with your daughter, then share your thoughts and ideas in a nurturing environment. Watch your daughter grow as a reader and communicator while having fun in this lively discussion group.
