Event Details
Join us for an online meditation class for new or seasoned meditators. Each class will begin with a knowledge point about meditation, various breathing practices (pranayama), and a blend of guided and silent meditations. These classes will nourish and soothe the mind, emotions, and body through attentive awareness and deep stillness. Meetings take place on the First and Third Thursday of each month. Registration required to receive the Zoom link.
