- Supportive care for mental health crises.
- General social service referrals. (Connecting people to appropriate services)
- Assistance in applying for online benefits (food stamps, housing, heating)
- Open in-library office hours on Wednesdays from 2-4pm.

If you are a resident of Mt. Lebanon you are eligible to receive on-going, individualized case management services.
You will receive direct counseling for a variety of support services. These services include employment seeking, assistance in procuring financial resources, mental health services, or all of the above.

Jaqui Stilson
Jaqui is a Pittsburgh native, originally hailing from Penn Hills. She received her degrees in psychology and social work, including a Masters from the University of Pittsburgh. Jaqui has worked with a multitude of populations, including veterans, the unhoused, and those with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Before coming to Mt. Lebanon, Jaqui worked for resolve crisis services for seven years across all of their services. She also serves on the South Hills Critical Incident Response Team as a negotiator. When not at work, you can find her hiking the trails of Allegheny County, weightlifting, and crocheting.
Jaqui will be at Mt. Lebanon Public Library from 2 to 4pm, Wednesdays. Patrons are invited to stop by; no appointment necessary... just check in at the reference desk.
