 n energizing dance fitness program that combines Latin, Pop and Internatio
 nal music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training (
 total body aerobic, cardio &amp; toning workout) — alternating fast and 
 slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Many of the dance
  steps used in the routines emphasize the hips and midsection to help stre
 ngthen the core. You&#039;ll burn a lot of calories (up to 1000 in an hour
 -long class) and have lots of FUN doing it!  Zumba is safe for participa
 nts of all ages and can help lower the risk of heart disease, reduce blood
  pressure and bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol!Christopher is
  a certified fitness instructor, with thirteen years of experience. He has
  taught various styles of dance fitness exercise, alternately billed as Zu
 mba, Movement to Music, and Dance Exercise. Christopher also teaches Tai C
 hi, at which he has been nationally ranked, on the ICMAC circuit.Every 2nd
