DESCRIPTION:Zumba is an energizing dance fitness program that combines Lat
 in, Pop and International music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorpora
 te interval training (total body aerobic, cardio &amp; toning workout) —
  alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitn
 ess. Many of the dance steps used in the routines emphasize the hips and m
 idsection to help strengthen the core. You&#039;ll burn a lot of calories 
 (up to 1000 in an hour-long class) and have lots of FUN doing it!  Zumba
  is safe for participants of all ages and can help lower the risk of heart
  disease, reduce blood pressure and bad cholesterol and increase good chol
 esterol!Christopher is a certified fitness instructor, with thirteen years
  of experience. He has taught various styles of dance fitness exercise, al
 ternately billed as Zumba, Movement to Music, and Dance Exercise. Christop
 her also teaches Tai Chi, at which he has been nationally ranked, on the I
