It's never too late to become a champion! 97-year-old Senior Olympian, Jack Eckenrode, shares his secrets to a vibrant and fulfilling life in his new book, Road to 100: 10 Pillars for Strong and Happy Aging

Join Jack and his granddaughter, Katelyn, for an engaging workshop where Jack will share how he set a world record for the men's 95 and over 20k cycling and the unexpected path to getting there. Followed by audience Q+A.

Jack Eckenrode attended St. Bernard's grade school and is a proud Mt.Lebanon High School graduate. He studied at Duquesne University before becoming a US Air Force Officer, serving during the Korean War. He fathered 12 children with his first love and wife of 65 years, Margaret. Jack inspires his 35+ grandchildren to live active lives, find positivity in the day-to-day and by being a loving husband to his amazing second wife, Eleanor. 

Katelyn Rendulic graduated from Mt.Lebanon High School in 2011, 66 years after her grandpa. She lives in Brookline and is a Leadership Advisor at DDI.
