Native plants are fantastic additions to our gardens! They attract butterflies, birds and bees while being easy to maintain. Join Sarada Sangameswaran, the Conservancy’s board president, for a presentation sharing why it is important to incorporate native species in your garden, and how to select the right plant for the right spot. This program will walk you through how to get started and what to plants to select. The program centers on the plant selections available this year via the Conservancy’s sale, but the principles apply to native species you grow on your own or purchase elsewhere. What each of us plants in our own gardens can make an impact in our community so join us and spread the word!
