Join the Mt Lebanon Nature Conservancy for their annual meeting and lecture, as they celebrate their 40th anniversary!
The lecture will feature Clara Kitongo, Tree Pittsburgh's Tree Equity Manager. Clara and her team work with Pittsburgh's under-resourced communities to mobilize trees for urban renewal. Learn about policies and practices that have long perpetuated urban forest disparities across the city and how better policies and more urban trees can transform our city into a thriving metropolis that benefits everyone.
Light refreshments will be served after the lecture, so stay and chat with Board members, and learn how you can get involved!
