Join us as the library participates in the National Coalition Against Censorship's first ever Right to Read Night. Pick up a copy of Chains by Laurie Halse Anderson, read the book, an historical fiction about an enslaved girl in the Revolutionary War era, described as a powerful story that “shows the lengths we can go to cast off our chains, both physical and spiritual,” then meet up for snacks and book discussion at the library. Please register if participating so we purchase enough snacks!
