Adult Summer Reading Book Club

Join us for the Adult Summer Reading Industrial Fiction of our Region Book Club! Our region has a rich industrial history and over the years many writers have worked to capture the intricacies of the meetings of different cultures, classes, and artistry as it pertains to the industrial, social, and cultural history of this place we call home. Join us for a discussion of some books on the subject! 

June 22 we will discuss Life in the Iron Mills and other stories by Rebecca Harding Davis.

July 20 we will discuss Blood on the Forge by William Attaway.

August 25 we will discuss Out of this Furnace by Thomas Bell.
